Polly Feigenbaum’s practice is focused in the areas of commercial real estate, business and contracts. Her experience in real estate includes assisting clients with purchases, sales, development, leasing, ground leasing, construction and financing. For more than 31 years she has worked on the acquisition, financing, leasing, development and construction of numerous retail, hotel, restaurant, residential and industrial projects. In addition, she has expertise helping businesses expand their operations geographically in new locations throughout the Northeast. Collateral to this area of practice, she also represents engineers, environmental consultants, architects, real estate brokers, real estate appraisers, and contractors on a variety of business and contract matters.

Having represented a number of business owners, franchise owners, restaurant owners, and other small business entrepreneurs, she is skilled at helping them with all aspects of their operations: business structure and formation, creating business plans and assembling a team of advisors, contract drafting and review, employment matters, financing, loan workouts, business acquisitions, business sales, dispute/resolution, general business matters and dissolution. She also has particular expertise with family owned enterprises.

Ms. Feigenbaum has frequently acted as bank counsel for many regional and national lenders in their commercial lending businesses, including both business lending and commercial real estate construction and permanent financing. Ms. Feigenbaum has a solid background in title insurance and title-related matters, real estate brokerage matters, and environmental issues in connection with development and finance.

Ms. Feigenbaum is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Member, Sections on Real Estate Law and Business Law), and the American Bar Association (Real Property and Probate Law).
